CurrentDelsco Northwest, Inc. is built on a rich history in the oilfield. What originally started as a small operation in 1977 by Albert Richard, has since grown to a large business. As business expanded, Albert invited his son, Chad, to become a co-owner in Delsco. Fast forward to today and Chad Richard now owns Delsco and WTG services. Chad and his father Albert built a strong company in the oilfield through relationships of trust and integrity.That trust has been a trait that continues to embody the culture that Delsco builds its business on today. Delsco & WTG have been able to weather the changes in a sometimes challenging oil and gas market to become a leader in each respective area of the business. Our rich past points to a strong future as we continue to look for ways to improve our team, our industry, and our community.The following are my specific roles and responsibilities: Head of strategy and growth for the company with the growth goal of 30% annually Responsible for capital raising including options for debt and equity CFO role for 3 different tens-of-millions dollar companies Executed multiple acquisitions in same year as well as started Joint Venture with the Ute Tribe Exceeded lofty goals for annual budgets, projections, and proforma models Grew market share through the steepest downturn in the history of the oilfield Executed an agreement with Halliburton in the first ever Joint Marketing Agreement for them Develop and grow strategic relationships with customers, vendors, and our community Follow strict accounting guidelines and principles
