As a Resident Assistant at The Pointe at Central we are required to make our resident's lives as easy as possible. Any problems they may be having with their roommates or their apartment, they come straight to us. We also plan large events every month for our residents to attend, by doing so we are required to acquire different vendors for sources of entertainment as well as food. Marketing also plays a huge role in our position simply because if we do not market our events well no one will attend.

As a Customer Service Representative at Gold's Gym Mount Dora we are required to greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym. My position also provides assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as performing various administrative duties. We are responsible for handling all billing problems or questions any members may have.
