• Perform a variety of specialized services in support of the operations of The Breast Health/Supportive Care and Survivorship Clinic including, but not limited to referrals and prior authorizations • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to all patients, visitors, physicians, and staff• Manage kiosk rounding schedule and huddles for the 3rd floor of TKC including Radiology and Rheumatology areas• Assist clinic leadership with accreditation renewal data and participate in clinic meetings, support groups, and project pilots• Coordinate set up and break down of breast cancer support group meetings• Design recently diagnosed breast cancer class agenda and flyer • Collaborate with teammates for Breast Cancer Awareness events throughout the month of October

• Retrieve information to expire patients in clinical software.• Assist in the upkeep of current employee information throughout various databases and directories. • Maintain patient paperwork levels in admissions and each individual clinic.• Assist in delegating volunteer tasks and procedures.• Set up and break down of clinic and director meetings and forums.

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling class and lesson attendees.• Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.• File and maintain member, non-member, current and noncurrent employee records.• Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.• Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries. • Receive payment(s) and record receipts for services.
