CurrentWorking in showroom sales,customer service and telesales while being involved in a fantastic team. The showroom sales aspect has given me knowledge on how to perform a great customer journey to encourage positive relationships with customers while also giving me the opportunity to work with household names including Tempur. The customer service aspect requires time management,admin skills and using a fair and ethical mindset to benefit customers as greatly as possible. Day to day tasks such as keeping up with visual merchandising, understanding promotions and marketing the company are using to maintain reputation.
