With over a year of dedicated experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, I bring plenty to offer in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. My journey has been marked by a commitment to creating positive outcomes for people with developmental disabilities. In my role as an RBT, I've conducted individualized ABA therapy sessions, implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs. I am also proficient in data collection and analysis.Beyond the realm of ABA, I have also been a Lead Caregiver in assisted living and memory care settings. This experience has allowed me to work on my organizational skills as well as leadership skills, particularly in the management of patient data and the training of new caregivers. My approach to caregiving is marked by compassion, creating a safe and supportive environment for residents.Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Psychology at the American Public University System (APUS), I am deeply committed to academic excellence, as evidenced by my spot on the President's List with a 4.0 GPA. I am enthusiastic about obtaining a Master's in Psychology and eventually becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My skill set includes Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, data collection and analysis, behavior intervention planning, positive behavior support, interdisciplinary collaboration, client progress reporting, training and supervision, and compassionate caregiving. As I work through my professional journey, I am not only obtaining valuable skills but also gaining a deep passion for the fields I work in.
