I lead a dynamic team of 25 recruiters, driving talent acquisition strategies across 91 offices to meet diverse hiring needs. With a focus on aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives, I collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of workforce planning and organizational goals.

In this role, I am responsible for receiving and screening all incoming applications for various positions across multiple locations nationwide. I assist in the launch and establishment of new sites by recruiting high-level talent to ensure stability and success from the start. My recruiting efforts focus on a variety of roles, particularly in sales and installation, across different levels of management. I also conduct phone screenings and administer personality tests to evaluate potential candidates. Additionally, I manage all career site accounts, including budget oversight, contracts, and invoicing. I play a key role in training new recruiters on hiring policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective talent acquisition practices.
