I am a mission-driven executive and educator with over 18 years of experience in organizational development, leadership coaching, human capital development, change leadership, program development, and evaluation. As the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Development, I lead VersAbility Resources’ long-term strategic objectives helping the organization respond to market changes and drive service innovation. By forging partnerships with industry leaders and community stakeholders, VersAbility Resources is positioned to provide early prevention and intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays, pre-employment transition services, technical training/community readiness support, operate high-quality ICF and wavier residential facilities, and manage a diverse portfolio of large and complex regional and nationwide government contracts with various agencies, with the mission to create life sustaining jobs for individuals with disabilities.My diverse background spans K-12 public education, nonprofit leadership, economic/workforce development, fundraising, and strategic planning. I have successfully managed a staff of over 700 employees, overseen budget formulation and execution of over $70 million, and applied an equity-based strategic planning framework to meet the needs of K-16, adult, and disabled populations.
