I was responsible for the complete visual merchandising of the 6 Boutique Swag stores around London. As a family business the impact of the windows was of paramount importance to the directors - creating the first impression of the business before the customer has passed the threshold. I was responsible for designing the window layouts, updating and redesigning props that are used to display the jewellery, ordering display material/POS and creating the visual image of the company. I was also responsilbe for a team of two other visual merchandisers whom I actively developed and encouraged to improve the overall team success.
