Current• Lead and direct ongoing patient acquisition and retention initiatives to maintain a manageable patient panel of 12k • Plan and develop strategic business plan, budget forecast, and create optimized recurring revenues for annual budget of $4.5M . Coordinate all financial activities, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, employee payroll creating a positive balance sheet• Supervise and manage monthly trainings for 32 employees focused on client relationship management and teamwork• Develop ambitious incentive targets based on market research and analysis resulting in financial growth and revenues utilizing proficient service and minimizing wasteful processes• Proactively implement the company’s mission statement with affective strategies through effective team leadership• Successfully represent the company as the “Chief Relationship builder” with key industry partners where applicable
