Effective leadership comes from a well-defined administrative philosophy in interactions with staff, clients, and vendors and the fostering of an atmosphere and environment free of discrimination.For over two decades as an Electronic Content Management Services provider I have helped companies throughout the US, Caribbean, and the UK increase efficiency and decrease costs through business process outsourcing utilizing electronic content management services; Scanning and Image Processing, Electronic Workflows, eForms, System Integrations, and most recently, Robotic Process Automation. Three decades ago, I created CASO Productions, a Theatre Production Services company leveraging my background in theatre performance, design, and production. CASO Productions provided performance, design, production and global tour management services to theater, opera, and dance companies.I morphed CASO Productions into ECM Today!, taking the tools, and skills of analysis, solution design and planning, implementation, production, performance developed in theater production and applying them to Electronic Content Management. I am proud that ECM Today has excelled and thrived through changes and market swings, amid demands of a rapidly changing technical environment and multi-cultural and multi-generational consumer demographic. I steered CASO Productions, and ECM Today! to success…from concept to business case to fully realized enterprises.
