Our nature-based technology, Enhanced Weathering, starts to lock away carbon immediately and permanently. And our research ensures our technology is safe and can accurately measure the amount of carbon we remove, and measure the co-benefits to soil health. Managed 8 asphalt plants and several aggregate operations

Responsible for Quality Management in our Construction, Paving, and Materials businesses in Arizona and New Mexico. This includes responsibility for all management and technical issues related to Quality matters.

As Principle Engineer, I completed Geotechnical Investigations for diverse residential construction projects, including an investigation for a three-story light commercial building on a potentially liquefiable site. In my time with CMAG, I created their Radiation Safety Program and Quality Management Plan and fostered a uniform training method for employees.

Managed a team of up to 15 ICC Special Inspectors and Testing Technicians. I led the team on inspections across six U.S. states, Mexico, and Canada, inspecting reinforced concrete, post tension concrete, structural masonry, structural steel and bolting, welding, and spray-applied fireproofing.My team worked extensively on the MGM City Center project on the Las Vegas strip. During that time, MGM increased the scope of project/services 300% due to my team's technical proficiency on special inspection and testing of the twin 37-story Veer Towers, 500,000 ft2 Crystals Retail District, Parking Garage 6, and Casino Avenue.

Worked as a geotechnical field engineer. Duties included performing site investigations, laboratory testing and report preparation.
