Financial Management• Maintain $1.3m organization-wide budgets and coordinate yearly budgeting processes.• Submit and receive applications for yearly San Francisco Grants for the Arts ($75,000+).Marketing & Social Media• Responsible for yearly conception and production of marketing campaigns for 6-9 events: art direction, photoshoots, casting, working with designer to ensure quality of finished product. • Generate social media for a specialty market: Increased Facebook followers by 3,000+, Instagram by 12,000+, Twitter by 10,000+• Manage organization website with average 250k visitors a year.
