Located in Medora, North Dakota's #1 travel destination, is a small town on the western edge that is the gateway to the Theodore Roosevelt National Park and home to the world-famous Medora Musical.As a Class A Head Golf Professional, my duties extend much further then day in day out golf course management. As a member of our Leadership Team, I am fortunate to collaborate plans and ideas that will shape the future for Medora and Bully Pulpit Golf Course. In addition, a commitment to an extensive 24 month executive management training curriculum, coached by Mel Nelson (Executive Management Systems), proves my eagerness to become the best leader I can be. Among the daily golf course management organization, I pride myself on: coaching 2 PGA Golf Management interns each season, directing a team of 20+ seasonal staff, providing an exceptional Food and Beverage and Merchandise concession, comprising an annual operations budget, making capital expenditure purchases, purchasing and maintaining a fleet of 80 golf cars, utilizing Vision Perfect tournament software during our 30+ annual events, continuous communication with our golf course superintendent, continuing to grow the game of golf with many hours on the lesson tee, and developing long lasting relationships with our guests.

Beaver Creek Golf Club, a private resort in the Vail Valley is nothing short of spectacular. With 3 PGA Professionals on site, I soaked up every ounce of expertise I could. Priority #1; communication. This was not only a private golf club but a resort for guests as well. Attention to detail was a must, as we dealt with many of the resort services. Teaching was a large part of my experience with attention to Women's Colorado Avid Golf Clinics and weekly junior programs. JC Video Swing Software was a perfect tool I became familiar with as I completed my Level 2 Teaching Video for the PGA.Event's management and coordination consisted of the use of TPP software to process scorecards, cart signs,and rules sheets for both member and outside events. I even dabbled in calligraphy on the scoreboards during weekly member leagues and other group outings.Blessed to work in a Top 100 Golf Shop by Golf World Magazine under the direction of Section Merchandiser of the Year, Katie Storm.

Duties included: outside service responsibilities at both private and public course, golf shop operations at both private and public course, performed starter and player assistant duties, driving range management and event/tournament organization.
