Transcendent is a full service business technology company, including integrated communications, networking, data storage, and custom application development. As a Business Development Manager, I was responsible for all aspects of the sales process: lead generation, forecasting, database management, marketing presentations, contract negotiation, and post-sale satisfaction.

Paragon Home Lending was a wholesale mortgage lender providing residential financing to mortgage brokers nationwide, eventually becoming the 9th largest wholesale mortgage lender in the Milwaukee Metro Area.I orchestrated the start-up and managed the successful growth of the inside sales department to create new profit center. Responsible for entire division including sales, staffing, training, marketing, forcasting and reporting. Initiated growth plan into 18 new states and managed direct report staff of 12.

Initially I was hired as a loan originator, and after quickly establishing myself as a top producer was also responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring all new loan officers. As Hartland evolved into a mortgage banker, I assumed the Account Rep role and shifted my focus to selling our wholesale mortgage product, ultimately growing into 6 additional states/markets.
