Inspiring others to achieve their goals Graduating from Victoria University, one of Australia’s top sport and exercise science universities in October 2016. I am looking at working in the area of sports rehabilitation and children’s rehabilitation. I am passionate about helping others to return to a healthy state where they are able to achieve their own self-directed goals. Another of my experiences has been with the Victoria University’s Student Ambassador program, under the marketing department. As part of the role I was required to talk to thousands of perspective university students. I provided them with insight into my university experience along with course information and answers to any queries.I have worked as a volunteer at Western Bulldogs Football Club as part of the Sons of the West program, completing extensive research into men’s health initiatives and assessing the health of populations. In addition to this, I also ran fitness programs for participants who were aiming to become more active.I worked alongside health professionals from Local City councils and Western Bulldogs staff to successfully run a ten week health program, for an average of eighty men a week, aged eighteen and over. My paid employment has included eight years of experience in customer service as a duty manager and team staff member at an Indoor Sports Centre. Here I dealt with the exchange of money, sports organisation and service of up to three hundred customers per shift. Another of my paid experiences has been coaching at Southern Cross Cheerleading. Here I designed sports programs for athletes from ages 5 to 30 years old, coaching my teams to win two separate national titles.
