I’m currently a 3rd year undergraduate student at the University of Stirling working towards my degree in Business Studies BA (Hons). During the course of my degree, I have expanded my knowledge in areas such as; human resource management, operations and logistics, finance management and accounting and specialise in marketing. I have improved and gained my soft skills such as team work, creativity and problem solving, that I will hope to put into practice later in my career. My favourite area that I have expanded my knowledge on is brand creation and marketing analytics. I have had the opportunity to develop digital marketing plans for local businesses in Stirling and explore the digital marketing world more, earning an online certification from HubSpot along the way.I am a hard-working individual, balancing life as a full-time student as well as a competitive waterpolo player, and part-time swimming instructor. I also make sure I widen my work experience and gain insights into different industries. So far, I have worked in the fast food, retail and leisure industry. I have enjoyed these experiences and eager to learn more. I am always looking out for new challenges and experiences. I aim to work in a marketing occupation within the sport industry, as the current climate of woman in sport needs to change and it is an evolving industry that I would like to be part of.
