I'm a freelance PC tech for Macon, GA and surrounding areas. Quality customer service and having the best prices for computer repairs is our specialty. I enjoy teaching my customers about technology along the way, and it won't cost a dime extra! Being part of the Customer Service Staff, I do a little bit of everything. I'm responsible for keeping the front end of the store running smoothly. I run the front desk and do anything from cashing payroll checks, transferring funds via Western Union, managing lottery services, or taking care of customers with special requests either in person or over the phone. I also manage over the cashiers and service clerks and make sure their job is done as correctly and efficiently as possible, all while making sure every customer has a great shopping experience in our store.

As a Firedog PC Tech, I was the person to come to when you had any technical questions involving most electronics. If a customer had an issue with their computer, I would diagnose their issue and fix it in the store. If their issue was out of my scope of repair, I would give them suggestions on what new products they might be interested in to replace their broken product.
