Performance of investigation with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.• Support - Administration of all vendor and manufacturer contracts. Proactive upgrade or replacement of equipment to ensure continued process flow with minimal impact.

Developed and implemented a unique metrology group in the analytical R&D department, which integrated qualification testing into equipment procedures with the benefit of providing a continuous qualified state. Learned and performed field service technician-level troubleshooting, repairs, and qualification procedures on complex automated equipment. Performed in-depth testing procedures on equipment to establish accuracy, precision, and linearity. Trending and tracking of both out-of-tolerance calibration events and unscheduled repairs to continuously assess effectiveness of calibration and maintenance program. Trained and assisted in implementation of a similar metrology group in the Quality Control laboratory.
