Program Manager / Lead Instructor for a 12-man team responsible for the training of specially selected candidates from ANA, NDS, ANP, & the Afghan Commandos to attend a 12 week Selection Course for the Afghan Partnering Unit (APU) in Special Operations Tactics to support various JSOC Task Forces throughout Afghanistan.Selection Training included all facets of Physical fitness, Close- Quarters Combat, Patrolling and all associated ground combat tactics, Call-Out/SSE and fast rope insertion. Responsible for and oversaw all program personnel, managerial, and administrative functions on a daily basis. Also responsible for all curriculum development necessary to conduct and execute a successful newly contracted program.

Developed Programs of Instruction, lesson plans and training support packages in support of fielding the Up-Armored HMMWV fighting vehicle system to the Afghan National Army (ANA). Instruction included progressive training in all facets of vehicle systems, driving, mounted weapons systems, vehicle react to contact and C-IED.

Responsible for instructing Marine Corps Mobile Training Teams and Police Training Teams deploying to Iraq in all facets of automatic weapons (M-249 SAW, M-240G, MK-19, M2 50 Cal) and tactics organic to a Marine Corps rifle battalion.Instructed students in personal weapons employment of the M-4 carbine, M-9 Berretta and Glock 17 pistols.
