As a 2x startup co-founder, I’m passionate about building things that create leverage, especially for women in the workforce. During my last decade as an entrepreneur, I found a passion for creating sustainable, healthy teams and companies. I’m in my element when I get to turn a strategic vision into reality… building scenario plans, processes, and high-performing teams that create results.Outside of work, you’ll find me on one of the many Minnesota lakes, adventuring with my husband and brood of three sons, dancing (in the kitchen or the studio), learning to ski, and cooking plant-based meals (in bulk… see the “brood of sons” bit).My mission is to empower others through delivering exceptional, relationship-centered, data-driven results.
