The Construction Sr Project Manager role is to lead, plan, implement and direct the day to day construction activities performed by General Contractors for our New Store Development and Remodel programs for Corporate and Franchise locations. Directly responsible for site selection, design, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, site inspections, cost control and reporting for the Construction department. This position required strong leadership with the ability to inspire people to work as One Team with speed, efficiency, and accountability for 40-million-dollar department. I used my full understanding of best practices used in the restaurant industry, to establish standard protocols for supervising construction projects across the entire country, with the ability to represent the company in a professional and credible manner.
