The CED Management Training Program prepares trainees to manage their own CED Profit Center upon completion of the program. The training includes learning every aspect of the company, as well as independent trainings to learn the industry, sales strategy, customer service, and product offerings. - Inside and Outside sales: sales calls on phone and in person, relationship building with customers and vendors.- Project management and quotations: bidding projects, meeting deadlines, complying with specifications- Purchasing and inventory control: maintaining adequate stock levels, adding new products, cutting obsolete products, returns- Management skills and techniques: price matrices, P&L strategies, HR, marketing, talent acquisition- Warehouse and operations: shipping/ receiving, paperwork processing, freight claims, administration, warehouse organization
