Very optimistic, driven, talented young man looking for a good opportunity to raise in a company. I may not have a college background but i have accomplished so many things without. Without having any mechanical background. 1 year working at a plastics factory i went from a temp, to a full time hire to a Thermoforming Technician. They trusted me and my ability to learn and work very hard to promote me to a Thermoforming Technician. I moved to Texas for a great job opportunity. Traveled to India to help train my co-workers replacements and get them going as fast as possible. My time as Deluxe as been amazing. They treated me well and i gave them more than what they expected out of me. When i started at Deluxe with complicated processes and procedures. I was in the Domestic department for 3 months, then for my ability i went to a hybrid roll. The hybrid roll was i worked weekends on 3rds and I had to know every department; Domestic, International, Database, and Delivery Support. After working as a hybrid for 8 months, I got placed into International as an unofficial Lead. I did all the responsibilities as a lead in International without the title or pay (which i knew would pay off in the end). I was in International for about a year then i got promoted to a Lead in Domestic, which i am currently still in the roll. Since the job is outsourcing to India, I am one of the few people that stayed to get put on a high management roll called the ASET Team (Advanced Specialist Escalation Team). So i am in between juggling both rolls at the moment.
