- Monitors and manages the production supply chain for all items sold, both for the end consumer and wholesale divisions- Purchases all raw materials for production, including fabric and trims- Facilitates meetings between pattern makers with sewers for upcoming production - Completes import paperwork for international factories - Through reports and meetings, provides production status for current inventory, WIP, and items on order, to sales as well as management- Develops and maintains strong relationships with our suppliers and their suppliers, while also holding everyone accountable to meeting our strict quality and pricing standards- Sources and qualifies new suppliers, cutters, and sewers - Works with suppliers to ensure that we are working as efficiently as possible to increase margin for both parties, while also creating an environment that is constantly striving to be more sustainable by reducing waste and increasing productivity- Provides costing analysis to ensure that we are receiving pricing that is in line with factory costs and meets our margin guidelines- Manages and tracks all new samples and coordinates their production to ensure they are completed based off specific timelines.- Keeps fabric and trim, garment measurements, and preproduction samples to provide secondary QC inspections.
