We specialize in helping people transition back home after a stay in the hospital or rehab after an injury, illness or surgery. We provide coverage during the most dangerous first 72 hours back home to help clients restore their independence. We hire caregivers who fit our can-do culture--every caregiver has proven themselves to us in our staffing business by volunteering to work in the most demanding and difficult environments. As a staffing caregiver it takes a great deal of confidence and skill to thrive when working new and unfamiliar settings every shift. They have the ability to make the transition home safe and comfortable.Our caregivers are overseen by a Registered Nurse who will also connect to the client and/or family daily with progress updates. The nurse is also available throughout the 72 hours any time a client or family wants to connect. .100% of our caregivers have been personally met and screened, they have all passed a drug screen, their credentials have been verified and monitored. Every caregiver is a W2 employee--not a 1099 contractor, meaning we are responsible for their payroll, tax withholdings and all are covered by our general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance should something happen while at work.
