Facilitated desegregation efforts as Oxy divested California assets to a stand-alone operating company. Operations subject matter expert for project to design/develop/test and deploy an enterprise HSE application. Led well failure analysis team that identified chemical treating problems in waterflood production operation, reducing failure rate from >1 to 0.5 and operating costs by $2.5MM in six months.
