Composition of investigative and compliance reports, general administration.Ensuring compliance with Site Operating Procedures and staff quality assurance. Attendance at management meetings both within PWC and Pilgrims Risk Management representing the Security Operations Manager.Daily liaison on a national level with all PWC sites concerning national security related issues within the PWC estate and IT platforms.Overseeing all building security and fabric checks and audits, adhering to check timetables and H&S Legislation.Reporting directly to the Duty Security Supervisor, Security Operations Manager and the Building Operations Manager on all security related issues and changes in policy directives. Responding to security incidents in a professional manner, communicating with other team members to resolve situations, de-escalate conflict and preserve business continuity. Conducting and recording the completion of Security and H&S audits on a weekly basis.
