Onboarding Expertise: Maintain timely onboarding of students, ensure proper paperwork has been completed to meet compliance requirements for practice and hospital partners. Conduct onboarding calls with students to ensure they feel prepared for internship. Review onboarding process and make improvements to the SOP - 1,027 students onboarded and counting.Event Coordination: Organize and schedule weekly student calls, manage content for calls, coordinate with presenters, distribute recordings to all students. Work with university teams to plan and execute student events. Marketing Efforts: Quarterly mailings of Student Swag bags nationwide, design exclusive student intern t-shirt, coordinate and edit Student Program Newsletter content.University & Hospital Relations: Work collaboratively with University and Hospital Partners to complete student placements and compliance/liability obligations.Reporting and Data Management: Ensure essential data is kept up to date. Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly audits. Provide reports on findings and determine what areas need improvement. Generate Data Visualization tools. Surveys and Feedback: Assist in developing assessment tools for program feedback. Weekly communication for student surveys. Compile results and distribute to appropriate teams and leaders. Scholarship Program: Restructured scholarship application process - manage organization of applicant paperwork and information. Ensure timely responses to communication from students, and talk to each potential candidate to ensure understanding of the requirements.Administrative and Organizational Skills: Maintain well organized regional spreadsheets and calendars for hundreds of student internships nationwide. Manage multiple inboxes for different departments. Keep program SharePoint Page up to date.Training & Onboarding: Assist in training new team members on the SOP. Guide them through our technology and responsibilities, and teach the "Why" behind what we do.
