Current- Eight weeks of extensive training completed in Atlanta, GA
- Flight Leader qualified; conduct segment briefings, coordinate with pilots for entire trip, ensure service is completed properly, handle any customer complaints or disturbances
- Self-managed while on trips
- Extreme teamwork management- work with gate agents, pilots, ground crews, and other flight attendants every segment in order to get the plane out on time
- Time management- everything about this industry relies on a clock; fast paced work environment with numerous tasks to complete at one time; must utilize the time given in order to depart on schedule, complete service.
- Organization- complete required training before deadlines, complete schedule changes, work with tight flight connection times; entrusted with sensitive security information; responsible for own travel arrangements to.
