Responsible for overseeing the enrollment of Mustangs For Hope in SMU Giving Day, working closely with university advisors, and Director of Development for University Programs. In addition to coordinating with the SMU Moms and Dads Club to raise funds, I establish fall and spring fundraisers by collaborating with local Dallas businesses. These efforts require creativity and strategic thinking to generate meaningful donations. This role demands strong business acumen, the ability to analyze financials, and effective communication of findings. My work requires thinking outside the box, generating innovative ideas, and rallying support to maximize our fundraising efforts.

Lead a team of 18 committee members, conducting weekly meetings to ensure effective planning and coordination. I oversee the execution of approximately 15 events each semester, managing all aspects from logistics to implementation. I also handle budget oversight for each event and for the overall semester, ensuring that all activities are executed within our financial plan while delivering high-impact experiences.

Coordinate two parental volunteers to assist with practice setup and travel logistics. I schedule, organize, and lead drills for 20 student-athletes ranging from 5th to 8th grade, ensuring engaging and effective practice sessions. Additionally, I provided private lessons and customized drills tailored to each athlete's skill level. I developed strategic game plans and rotations for our weekly Saturday games, aiming to optimize team performance and player development.

Worked closely with senior portfolio managers to assess market trends, identify new investment opportunities, and implement trading strategies. I also completed data visualization for tracking 25 unique stocks, generated detailed reports, and informed management of significant trends, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Developed and implemented social media strategies to build and maintain robust social media accounts. I created high-quality, engaging, and shareable posts, reels, and edits across various platforms. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts, design elements, and content, ensuring novelty and innovation in our social media presence.

Worked alongside 15 event coordinators to assign responsibilities, including daily tasks, field locations, field rotations, and tracking game start times. I also resolved logistical errors, such as missed field assignments, through effective radio communication and text messaging, ensuring smooth event operations.
