Starting out as an associate consultant, I quickly earned the position of senior consultant and then the position of principal consultant. Typical work roles include project manager, lead architect and lead developer. Specifically, taking requirements and developing solutions in the areas of web, Windows and business integration to meet the specific needs of each customer. I extensively mentor both internal staff and external customers and am an instructor for a variety of courses.->Became highly skilled in the following LANSA technologies: WAMS, Webevent, LANSA Integrator, VL, VL Web, VLF One, VLF Windows and RAMP.->Developed large multi-tenant web portal for field service organization. The application modules created included Call Center, Claims Management, Claim Auditing, Request Approvals, Survey Entry, Warranty Information, Rebates, Profile Management, Dashboard, Literature, Data Maintenance and Reporting.->Added functionality to existing web application for US veterans association to allow dues collection, member transfer and password retrieval.->Built web ordering system for large bridal retailer.->Created corporate HR web application for large oil company which included modules for Employee Information, Pension Administration, Benefits Administration and Bonus Administration. The work on this project drove the creation of the first version of LANSA’s web product.->Developed internal Job Posting web application for large oil company.->Built modules to allow interfacing of LANSA systems with NetSuite web services.->Created Windows based order entry system for mobile sales reps for large food service provider which allowed sales reps to take orders offline and upload them later in the day.->Developed Windows based repair and maintenance application for large intermodal terminal management company.->Regular speaker at LANSA user conferences.->Frequent instructor for LANSA training courses.
