Managed full cycle recruiting and recruiting strategy for BuildASign.Owned the onboarding process including IT set up, background checks, new hire paperwork and communicating first day instructions. Participated in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, training and leveraging of internal sources of talent.

Supported the Talent Acquisition Manager by scheduling phone and onsite interviews for candidates. Owned the front end of onboarding new hires by initiating their IT set up, monitoring pre-employment checks and managing new hire paperwork. In addition to coordinating, I recruited for the Customer Love Team and the Customer Service Art Team at BuildASign.

As a Single Focal Point for Graduate new hires in recruitment, I was the focal contact for candidates from the offer stage till their first day at Shell. I ensured that the new hire is equipped with all information and hardware to start on their first day and monitored their pre-employment checks.

Supported the School Programs Manager by creating marketing pamphlets and presentations that document the Sackler Center for Arts Education's programs. I stocked supplies for the studio art lab and educational materials for the resource center. I also assisted two educators with an advanced art camp for students ages 8-11. This camp focused on inquiry based discussions, non judgmental feedback of student's art work and advanced lessons on art techniques.

Assisted the School Programs Manager through facilitating the Texas Art Education Association Mini-Conference and conducting visitor surveys. My summer project was creating a teacher packet based on objects in the museum.
