Responsible for providing HR support to the geographies within my scope of responsibility. These roles deliver the HR services that require close physical proximity to business operations and cover one to multiple UPS locations. High level responsibilities that includes management of employee concerns and complaints, inquiry management, implementation of local services and programs to reduce employee turnover, talent acquisition, select onboarding / offboarding activities, and on site learning facilitation.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Responsible for providing support to numerous groups within the IE function. Assists in conducting data gathering and analysis to support the work measurement and operational planning activities of the IE Supervisors. This position compiles data, develops reports, conducts periodic audits, and produces forecasts.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. Also responsible for analyzing dispatch plans, identifying areas of opportunity, report publication and service audits.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks. Also holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards.

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
