I also worked as a Managing Director at Lumea Solutions for 12 years, where I managed IT transformation projects for pharmaceutical clients, involving system selection, implementation, integration, and optimization.I have a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, and an ITIL Service Management certification from Pink Elephant.
