Along the way, we reduced human bias, sped up the process and ended up being mentioned in the shareholder report of Singapore's largest bank as one of the biggest transformations and innovation they ever accomplished. My role was quite simple; build and coach a world class team that sold to large enterprise customers, implemented the product with minimum friction and ensure that we retained atleast 90% of our customers. Whilst there were a lot of significant achievements, two of them really stand out -a) we reduced the time-to-shortlist from 6 weeks to 3 hours (no kidding!), for a large regional bankb) we became the poster-child of IMDA's Spark programme which led to a multi-year, cross-agency government contractI continue to remain a Shareholder and Advisor to the CEO. -
