Wellness is my passion! I am focused on bringing evidence based information to my clients with regards to fitness, nutrition and social/mental health. As a strong proponent of health based initiatives, I work with clients as an individual - empowering them to be the best version of themselves through habit and lifestyle improvements. I enjoy fitness programming as well and have certifications in joint mobility and rehabilitation training. Currently, I am also a Performance Coach with the outstanding franchise, ISI Elite Training.My first love is the ocean. As a Watersports Operator leader in the Caribbean, my goal is to strengthen the diving and sport leisure market for destinations and in our industry as a global market. During this 15 years of my life, I learned the very detailed ins-and-outs of business operations, the importance of retail in a service brand, and how customer service is more than answering questions... it's creating memories and lifelong experiences for others.Additionally, I was the previous founder and owner of my apparel company, Mermaid Crossing Apparel. My trademarked brand, The Filthy Mermaid™, which I sold in May 2024 - it has taken me for a ride I have treasured. I am an avid runner, hiker, camper, kayaker - I am a loyal friend and invest in relationships with deep passion. I am the hardest worker I know and I work well alone - but also love people and hearing perspectives from others. I have failed at businesses, I've made mistakes - without those experiences, I would not be nearly as tough, resilient, or smart as I am now. I have had such successes that I often wonder how it came out of me! I do not have patience for excuses, laziness, or lack of knowledge. I will not age in my box - I strive to learn, evolve, drive and live to the fullest. I truly can do anything - and if I can't at first, I learn and try! In my personal and professional life, I've served on school boards, major industry retailer boards, international conservation committees, been a social director for South Florida's larges women's running club, and created fundraising events - outdoor race events domestically and foreign - that introduced communities to new sports. I have developed a passion for creating content that shows people what is beyond their desk or the walls of their home in an effort to show that this planet is work taking care of with great care.I have an adventurous spirit, driven by my need to see the world and experience all there is to offer!
