Served as key advisor to 30 Commanders and 4,500 military personnel on all human resource functions and issues including civilian furlough and hiring freeze due to sequestration.

Deployed and led 77 personnel across 13 facilities and managed a $66 million recreation contract supporting 11,000 deployed U.S. military members. Led largest Morale, Welfare and Recreation Program in deployed theater; directed 150 trips, 420 tournaments, 4,000 movies, and 4 concerts for 65,000 US and coalition members down range.

Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany And Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar

Led 24/7 Sexual Assault (SA) Prevention and Response Program for the base and five geographically separated units comprised of 15,000 personnel in Germany and deployed to support an installation population of 11,000 military members. Developed and implemented SA awareness, prevention, training, and response programs and guidelines. Coordinated system-wide response and provided immediate, ongoing care to 36 victims. Managed, trained, and equipped 132 victim advocates. Managed a $37,000 budget to execute programs and training requirements.

Moody Air Force Base, Georgia

Reviewed and processed plans, reports and correspondence impacting 830 facilities with a 90% on-time rating. Led 14 member staff in providing executive support to the commander and six units comprised of 1,450 personnel. Established policies and procedures for management of performance reports, awards and personnel actions. Directed end of year $9,300 budget to ensure that highest priority mission requirements were met. Planned, organized and scheduled meetings, executive travel, DV visits and high-visibility events.
