Casey Atkins is currently the multimedia manager at Campaign Legal Center in Washington D.C. She helps tell the organization's stories through photography, video and graphic design. She also oversees production of CLC's award-winning podcast "Democracy Decoded".Casey is passionate about using her multimedia skills to help organizations that strive to make a difference in the world. In 2015, she began working with women entrepreneurs in Nicaragua, eventually co-founding Women's Worth, a small nonprofit that teaches business skills to low-income women.Prior to joining CLC, Casey spent eight years as a freelance photographer and video producer in Boston. She holds a master’s degree in photojournalism from Boston University, where she also taught as an adjunct member. She also attended the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies in Portland, Maine.Casey is originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, but lived half her life overseas in a variety of different countries from Peru to Germany to China. She loves the exploring the outdoors, learning languages and riding on trains.
