Opening Mediatec in my home town of Perth was a long term personal goal of mine. Raising the bar of the quality and service of video available in the Perth market is something I'm genuinely passionate and proud of having achieved. Since opening the doors in 2014 we have gone from strength to strength, growing the business using primary local WA talent and putting our full weight behind supporting the local Perth industry in the process.

Project Management of LED and production events throughout the Northern European region. An invigorating period working with Mediatec Sweden handling productions throughout Europe on their behalf. This allowed me to work on a diverse range of projects ranging in size and has given me the attention to detail that no matter who the client or size of budget, perfection and satisfaction must always be delivered. ★ Production Manager for Video - Eurovision 2016, Stockholm★ Production Manager for Video - Eurovision 2014, CopenhagenDuring the 65 day execution stage on-site in Copenhagen, I oversaw all aspects of the production on Mediatec’s behalf. My responsibilities ranged from the pre-planning stages through to the execution, delivery and close out of the project. The pre-planning encompassed overall planning for equipment requirements, logistics, booking, scheduling, budgeting and staff coordination. Human resource management of Mediatec's 40+ crew, daily production meetings with ESC production, coordination with other departments on a resource and scheduling level, task allocation and workflow assignment to the crew, , incoming content management, and build up/tear down planning and scheduling.

Dubai

Lead Project Manager for this dynamic startup during the boom that was Dubai. Working in conjunction with Element Labs, Lumidiem played a key role in the development of the C16 tile to be used in the "Worlds Largest Video Screen" at DIFC. This project was based on the installation of 2500sqm of LED around a 90º bend outside the entrance to one of Dubai's most high profile business zones. I managed all aspects of the project throughout the pre-planning stages including budgeting, procurement, resource management and timeline development. The project broke ground in February 2010 with foundations being drilled and by April we were preparing for structural delivery when unfortunately due to the GFC the project was suspended.
