As a self-employed forester, I leveraged skills from my State Park experience to provide crucial wildfire mitigation services in the Conifer community. I rapidly built a strong client base, establishing and implementing fire mitigation plans on private mountain properties. Successfully completed over 10 projects, enhancing forest health and fire resistance for local landowners.

I found, extracted and analyzed data from South Pole weather station as well as deep ocean tsunameters in the Pacific in order to determine expected uncertainties. I also created programs to simulate the noise experienced by the twin satellites of the GRACE mission in order to examine the possibility of a ground based calibration method. Results were presented at the American Geophysical Union Fall 2012 Meeting.
