· Support the recapitalization of Loran for the US Coast Guard· Collect and analyze Loran timing data to determine the performance ofdifferential Loran· Helped develop and test addition of a pulse-position modulated 9th Loran pulse· Worked with building and testing a Loran timing receiver· Programmed FPGA in the front-end of the Loran receiver· Added features to Matlab two-way time transfer simulator· Developing embedded C and verilog code for a networked DAC

· Worked with RF generation/distribution system· Developed routines to speed up/improve accuracy of calibration· Maintained codebase written in: Ada, C, C++, labview, motif, wgl and tcl· Diagnosed and fixed hardware and software problems on the testing floor· Implemented new waveforms into the system· Developed training materials and trained group of ~20 people to data mine fordiagnosing operational issues
