For 20+ years, building beneficial relationships has been my specialty.I began as a member of the clergy, helping people connect with Christ and one another. Then as a nonprofit executive, I led humanitarian relief programs in 55 countries and helped to forge donor relationships at one of America's premier charities, one listed in Forbes Magazine’s Top-200 list for size of annual revenue and efficiency. I served my community as a local property and casualty insurance Agent-Owner, a Medicare Agent, Broker, then as a Senior Account Manager in the B2B space, serving companies with over 1000 employees with fully cycle voluntary benefit consultation and enrollment services to HR executives. Now as a Human Resources Manager for a faith based, non-profit, multiservice agency, I am devoted to maintaining and developing effective internal procedures, handling employee-related issues, managing recruiting and retention efforts, directing our training process, and keeping our performance at peak levels. I am a skilled interpersonal expert, good at identifying problems, finding solutions, and nurturing job satisfaction. All for the purpose of serving our mission to provide a continuum of quality programs, meeting the unique needs of children of different ages, capacities, races and creeds, as well as their families.When I am not on the job, I consult other nonprofit executives, serve as a mentor through the Timothy Project, hike the beautiful Tennessee mountains with my family, and indulge in my love for seeing new places.
