Redevelopment of Meriden Parkade, Lowes Companies Inc., Meriden, Connecticut – Provided site engineering and construction inspection for the redevelopment of the Meriden Parkade. The redevelopment consisted of a new Lowe’s Home Improvement Center and Ocean State Job Lot. The project included a stormwater management system with underground detention, utility coordination, wall construction inspections and special design considerations for delivery truck movements and site circulation.Retail Development, New Haven Retail Center, New Haven, Connecticut – Provided complete site engineering and construction administration for the ±400,000 square foot retail development consisting of a Goodwill Store, Aldi Supermarket, Advance Auto Parts and a TD Bank North. The project included a stormwater management system with underground detention, off-site roadway and utility improvements, and existing utility upgrades. The project required extensive coordination with several consultants, architects, contractors and state agencies. Lowe’s Home Improvement Centers, Various Sites, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York – Provided preliminary site design for various sites throughout Connecticut, western Massachusetts and New York’s Westchester and Orange County areas. The projects included site visits, preliminary earthwork analysis, feasibility studies and conceptual site design. The project sites consisted of various combinations of freestanding, multi-level, attached retail and open air market arrangements.Proposed Summerfield Suites Hotel, The Briad Group, Trumbull, Connectictut – Provided complete stormwater management and design for the proposed Hyatt, Summerfield Suites Hotel in the Trumbull Corporate Park. The project included above and below ground detention and infiltration basins, swale and plunge pool design and existing drainage system upgrades.
