As the CEO of Cultivate, his team has helped thousands of business owners reach their growth objectives through core business skill development , scalable systemization all while increasing enterprise value. In 2021, Casey created Cultivate Brands and acquired other professional service firms such as Breakwater Accounting Group & Petra Coach. This has led to the team growing to 150 and beyond in headcount.In the last few years, Casey has and the companies he leads have won many awards including ranking high on the Inc 5000 list for the fastest growing businesses in the United States for the last 6 years in a row.
