Assisting financial services clients with regulatory compliance, most recently specializing in the Volcker Rule (proprietary trading and covered funds). Worked with a large foreign bank to develop and implement programs for Volcker compliance, including enhancements to technology systems and reference data, as well as enhancements to the Dodd-Frank Title VII swap dealer compliance program.

Performed research on various topics related to film, TV, and theater law as well as employment and contract law. Drafted documents and agreements for negotiation. Completed other non-legal work such as reading scripts and providing coverage, minor graphic design, and other administrative tasks.

Researched various legal topics including employment, medical malpractice, bankruptcy, environmental, defamation, and pharmaceutical law and drafted memos. Drafted legal documents such as affidavits and summons, and prepared all documents for divorce proceedings. Filed documents with various New York courts, including Supreme Court, Criminal Court, Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. District Court.

Assisted with the casting of multiple film, television, and theatre projects, reading scripts and writing coverage, and covering heavy phones and rolling calls. Negotiated, annotated, and reviewed contracts as well as drafted deal memoranda and booking slips. Responsible for managing travel and schedules for agent as well as high-profile clients, scheduling audition appointments, and liaising with clients, casting directors, producers, studio executives on a daily basis.

Assisted on shoots for MTV, Nickelodeon, and other major networks. Transported equipment, set up and takedown of equipment and sets, assisted DPs during shoots, handled talent, etc.
