Implementation Engineer Manager
CurrentOne of five field-based managers directing the daily activities of the IE team in the U.S and Canada. One of two managers in the West region.• Assist in the development of yearly strategic goals and objectives• Work closely with PM Managers to ensure effective team coordination, direction, and communication• Identify and ensure the effective and efficient utilization of all implementation resources and assets to achieve revenue, expense, and margin targets• Implement strategies to streamline workflow and resource utilization• Manage customers’ escalations through direct customer engagement where necessary• Direct and assist IE’s in project assignments and customer service requests to ensure proper time management decisions to meet project deadlines and promote customer satisfaction• Provide Baxter Care Communications Sales and Technical Support estimates for IE’s to complete implementation and service work related to Navicare and Voalte Nurse Call and Real Time Locating Systems• Uncover, document, and advocate for improvements in work instructions, implementation tools, and methods to improve quality and efficiency of IE teams and systems implementations• Participate in and/or lead assigned product improvement and/or continuous improvement teams• Ensure IE team has regular, required technical and corporate training. Identify and communicate training requirements for IE’s to Learning Management Team.
