Essential Functions- Ensure on time delivery of manufacturing deliverables- Follow up deliveries to/from other Regions and regional deliveries towards the client or SLS. - Provide effective project controlling and ensure that manufacturing meets projects requirements progressing according to planResponsibilities:Follow PEM project executionExecution: - Cooperate with the Regional Project Planner to ensure correct input to network plans- Cooperate with Regional Project Engineering and follow up to ensure timely release of manufacturing related documentation- Participate in Region / Product design reviews and gate reviews- Give input to risk register and assist in follow up of relevant Regional risks- Investigate major rework situations or major manufacturing related abnormalities define and follow up corrections- Cooperate closely with Product Lead buyer / Regional Procurement Lead to keep track of status of critical components and components on shortage listsQuality Management: - Expedite NCR process from execution towards projectsTime Management: - Support planning and fabrication activities within manufacturing- Monitor OTD of documents from engineering, for Regional scope of manufacturing, purchasing and final delivery (schedule driver)Communication Management: - Participate in project completion regional management meetings - Facilitate communication between project and manufacturing sites- Report progress on construction and fabrication activities - If requested, represent project in the manufacturing site meetings

To be part of the 24 months Subsea Graduate Engineering Program that involves structured rotational learning path that covers technical learning on-the-job, engineering assignments and manufacturing exposure within the Company. Key Accountabilities: - To carry out design layouts, engineering calculations whilst ensuring all HSE requirements are met- To review vendor documents, structural & foundation drawings, feasibility studies- To ensure all work complies with the necessary corporate, departmental, legislative and industry standards and procedures- Understand project scope of work and participate in receipt and analysis of work requirement - To apply sound engineering practices, skills and experience to resolve common and novel technical problems - To understand and prepare functional engineering documentation, including client and supplier documentation, on projects.Department - Controls, Structure

- Redraw office/production Layout, manage re-layout activities- Ensure BOM (Bill of Material) data integrity- Manage preventive maintenance and calibration of mechanical tools and equipment- Mechanical part issues resolution - Create jigs and fixtures to enhance assembly process- Track and improve assembly yield- Conduct time studies
