Designed and implemented the first “Guest in the Water” program in a non-profit aquarium, establishing an industry benchmark for other facilities. Lead a multi-year project and coordinated budgets, grant funding and field operations to survey the Tampa Bay area for submerged cultural resources. The project resulted in the wreck of the USS Narcissus being dedicated as the 13th underwater preserve in the State of Florida.
