I have had the great fortune to work with many incredibly talented people in the consumer electronics industry while I was running a family business. Through some difficult times, I learned that I could not always do things by the “book”. Many times, I would need to look outside my four walls to get new perspectives and counsel to produce new and innovative chapters. Strategic planning is especially important, but to outperform the competition, it is also necessary to think creatively and be decisive. My guiding principle centers around my “3 Fs”: Faith, Family, and Friends. Knowing I have these to lean on, I can be as successful as I choose to be in business and in life. I also believe that if you do right by others, they will do right by you. Relationships matter.Mentoring is my calling. Helping others improve their lives, without question, does improves mine. One of my greatest pleasures as a business owner/ CEO was working with and motivating team members as they moved up in the ranks to make a better life for themselves and their families. I am passionate about assisting others in achieving success and in doing so, aligning myself with a deeper purpose.
