It was here that I really saw the importance of local sustainable agriculture. From there I spent years working on small organic farms where I got first hand experience growing many different kinds of food in a regenerative way. My grocery experience at Trader Joe’s gave me an in-depth look at the retail side of food systems with an emphasis on excellent customer service. Now I'm working with TC Farm as their customer service specialist to provide the greater Twin Cities Metro area with local, rotationally grazed organic meats and other local organic grocery items including artisanal cheeses, bakery items and vegetable and fruit produce boxes.I know that building a local food system starts from the ground up. It starts with a community of people that truly care about their food, where it comes from and how it was grown.
